For In-Person Public Paint Events and Walk-Ins, guests who notify the The Paint Palate studio with a 24 hour notice will receive a full refund.
No refund will be given for same day or next day cancellations.
No shows will not receive a refund or store credit.

Private party events are Reserved events that require a $75 Reservation deposit in order to reserve a date and time with The Paint Palate. The deposit is applied to the total balance of the event or refunded back to the customer the day after the event. It is however nonrefundable in the case of cancellation. We understand that unforeseen events may arise, and In the case of cancellation, we will allow purchaser 60 days from the date of the scheduled event to reschedule if a 7 day notice is given. Private events also require the host to read and sign a written agreement which will be emailed to host upon request.
