In-Person Public Paint Events & Walk-In Events Return Policy

For In-Person Public Paint Events and Walk-Ins, guests who notify the The Paint Palate studio with a 24 hour notice will receive a full refund.

No refund will be given for same day or next day cancellations.

No shows will not receive a refund or store credit.

Private Paint Events Return Policy

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY: THE $150 BOOKING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE

Private party events are Reserved events that require a $150 Non- Refundable Booking Fee.

We understand that unforeseen events may arise, and In the case of cancellation, we will allow purchaser 60 days from the date of the scheduled event to reschedule if a 7 day notice is given.
